The Stress to Success Training Program was designed by Michelle Clemons, an
experienced trainer and coach specialising in positive change work and
Mindfulness Practice. Michelle was one of the first in the world to graduate as a
Mindfulness-Based Master Practitioner of Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology.

After gaining vast and diverse experience as an Advanced Practitioner and Trainer on other people’s programs, Michelle finally fulfilled an ambition of creating her own unique training program, comprising a variety of diverse techniques and strategies, with her ever increasing passion for Mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

This evidence-based philosophy and practice has shown remarkable results in reducing stress, anxiety, depression, pain relief, and a host of other psychological and physiological disorders. (For documented research on MBSR, visit the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre website.)

Using MBSR as her base, Michelle created her original “Stress to Success Strategy” (the cornerstone of the Stress to Success Training Program), and she has adapted and refined it as an easy to learn method for changing perceptions and transforming stress into clarity, focus and peak performance.

As a former professional musician, Michelle well understands how excessive stress, tension and fears can sabotage performance and create unnecessary anxiety in the work environment. As a classical violinist, she suffered for many years from stress and performance nerves, which is why she is now so passionately committed to transforming Stress to Success in other people’s lives.

I attended the Stress to Success training because of my interest in NLP and I wanted to both learn more and see the concepts in action. At no point did I think that I was experiencing any stress, although maybe it is just my instinct not to admit it.
